Passive Separators
Cyclone pre-separators, coarse pre-separators, activated carbon separators, and FA series modular units. Protect downstream filters and extend service life by reducing particle load before it reaches the main filtration system.
Safety Components
Volume flow rate monitoring, ATEX-certified spark extinguishers, filter breakage monitoring, and signal modules. Ensure extraction performance and protect against fire hazards in compliance with DIN EN ISO 15012-4.

WHY IT MATTERS
The Importance of Industrial Safety
Proper safety accessories and pre-separation are essential for maintaining system
performance, protecting workers, and meeting regulatory requirements.
The Risk
Flying sparks from grinding and laser processes can cause re hazards in filter systems. Coarse particles destroy expensive filters prematurely, leading to unplanned downtime and replacement costs.
Without volume flow monitoring, there is no assurance that capture elements are correctly connected or intake lines are intact especially critical when extracting carcinogenic substances from welding high-alloy steels.
Safety Components
TBH passive separators capture coarse particles before they reach the main filter, cyclone separators achieve 80% separation at 10μm, while Coarse separators capture particles greater than 1 mm. Our carbon separator is designed to increase overall system efficiency by up to 60% for applications involving gasses/odors.
ATEX-certified spark extinguishers provide 100% spark extinguishing with zero maintenance for dry dusts. Signal modules with green/yellow/red indicators and audible alarms ensure immediate awareness of system status.
COMPLIANCE
Standards & Certifications
DIN EN ISO 15012-4
Volume flow monitoring requirement for extracting carcinogenic substances, such as welding high-alloy steels.
