pipes, pipe joint parts, adaptations, dampers, and exhaust systems. Every component
ensures reliable, airtight connections for optimal system performance.
CATEGORY 1
Hoses & Flexible Connections
The selection of the appropriate hose is particularly important for the system’s performance and effectiveness. The hose diameter should be chosen according to differential pressure loss and air velocity. Recommended air velocities: >/= 10 m/s for gas molecules, 14-18 m/s for particulate matter or smoke, and >/= 20 m/s for coarse or industrial dust
Standard PVC Hoses
Hose sets with connection sleeve or nipple and hose clamps. Available in DN 50 to DN 160 with lengths of 2.5m, 5.0m, and 10.0m. Suitable for all standard
extraction applications.
Polyurethane (PU) Hoses
Highly flexible, can be shortened. Reinforced by spring steel spiral, corrugated inside/outside. Temperature range -40°C to +90°C. Available in standard and chemically resistant variants for aggressive media.
Antistatic Hoses
Dissipative PU hoses for use in ESD/ATEX areas with ground connection. Available from DN 63 to DN 250 in 2.5m and 5.0m lengths. Wire hose clamps for secure earthing.
Chemically Resistant Hoses
For applications with aggressive media. Available with nipple system Safe or reduction DN 100 to DN 80. Especially suited for FP 150 ATEX systems with ground connection.
PG 24 Loc-Line
Flexible segment hose made of acetal copolymer. Position with pinpoint accuracy. Suitable for chips, smoke, steam, gas, and lubricating mist. Free overhangs up to 100 cm, 360° grinding with 150mm bending radius.
R-2 Blue UL 94V-0 Flame Retardant
Lightweight PVC hose reinforced with a spring steel wire helix, offering excellent flexibility and resistance for ventilation, dust, and fume extraction applications.
The blue version is UL 94V-flame retardant rated.
Pipes & Pipe Joint Parts
TBH uses the Safe system for pipe connections. Easy to assemble and type-approved for tightness class A, B, C,
D per DIN EN 12237 (SITAC No. 1358/88). Factory-assembled double lip seals of ageing-resistant EPDM rubber
ensure airtight connections. Temperature range: -30°C to 100°C.
Spiral Pipes
1-meter spiral pipes available from DN 63 to DN 250. The primary ducting backbone for extraction systems. Standard galvanized steel construction for durability.
Aluflex Pipes
1.25-meter flexible aluminium pipes from DN 80 to DN 250. Ideal for connecting rigid pipe runs to extraction points with flexible routing requirements.
Pipe Bends
Available in 15°, 30°, 45°, and 90° angles. Double lip seal ensures airtight connections. All diameters from DN 63 to DN 250. Parts can be connected and
rotated without affecting tightness.
Branches
45° and 90° branch connections for multi-point extraction systems. Available in symmetrical and asymmetrical configurations from DN 63 to DN 250 with various outlet diameter combinations.
Reductions
Transition fittings between different pipe diameters. Full range from DN 63 to DN 250 with any smaller outlet size. Double lip seal on all connections.
Y-Pieces
Symmetric split connections for dividing one duct into two equal outlets. Available from DN 63 to DN 250 with various outlet diameter combinations.

Control Components
Nipples & Sockets
Nipples for pipes and sockets for molded parts. Available from DN 63 to DN 250. Collar with flat flange for wall and panel pass-throughs. All with guaranteed tightness.
Bypass Dampers
Replace complex designs with two conventional dampers. Available from DN 80 to DN 200. Simplify system airflow management while maintaining precise volume control.
Butterfly Valves
Tightly closing butterfly valves for completely blocking the air stream. Airtight seal. Available from DN 80 to DN 200 for isolating extraction points.
Regulating Flaps
Throttle the system to obtain the desired flow rate. Available from DN 63 to DN 250. Essential for balancing multi-point extraction systems.
Pneumatic Gate Valves
Automatic control via the extraction system. Prevents backflow of ltrate into extraction pipes during filter cartridge cleaning. Available in 24V DC and 230V AC versions, DN 80 to DN 250.
Cleaning Pieces & Silencers
Cleaning pieces allow easy pipeline access for maintenance (DN 125–250). Silencers reduce noise at 900mm length for DN 125 to DN 250. Custom lengths available.
Exhaust & Recirculation Systems
Complete range of exhaust and recirculation system components for directing filtered air outside the building or safely recirculating it. Roof hoods, deflector hoods, and wall outlets with protective grilles ensure proper air discharge.

Adaptations & Reducers
Adapters and reducers for connecting TBH extraction systems to various pipe systems and equipment.

PVC Plastic Adaptations
Reducing sleeves (PVC-U gray) for transitioning between pipe diameters. Pipe bends 90°, Y-pieces, T-pieces 45°, and double nipples. Available for DN 32 to
DN 75.

Reduction metal (RAL 7035) for sheet metal form parts. Nipple/elbow to hose set connections. Cover nipple hose set with single nozzle congurations.

Lindab ↔ Jacob
All pipe joint parts use the Safe connection system. Easy to assemble and type-approved for tightness class A, B, C, D in accordance with DIN EN 12237. Factory-assembled double lip seals made of ageing-resistant EPDM rubber ensure reliable, airtight connections that can be rotated without affecting tightness.
